We know that when the system goes down, you are losing time and money. That’s why we offer an extensive range of support systems including ISDN support, FTP uploading and downloading, live video support and real time internet review service to get you back on track as fast as possible.

Using the latest technologies we also have a number of pro-active support packages that can be tailored to suit your company’s needs. Our Premier Support Package means we can provide you with remote control support, reducing downtime so you can get back online quickly and meet those deadlines.

The NT ON-CALL service enhances the effectiveness of traditional telephone based technical support by allowing our support professionals to interact with you live over the web. Using any standard web browser NT ON-CALL can diagnose and fix problems regardless of location.
