Richard Cave-Penney – Managing Director
Richard has over 19 years experience in the IT and manufacturing sectors. He co-founded NT CADCAM in 1996. Prior to founding NTCADCAM, he worked for three years selling Finite Element Analysis solutions for Desktop Engineering Limited. Before that he spent four and a half years at ECS Limited as a product manager after working for Oxford Instruments as an engineer. He is a graduate mechanical engineer having completed a graduate apprenticeship at British Aerospace. |

Peter Teague – Director
Peter is a qualified Chartered Accountant who spent his early career principally in venture capital and corporate finance. Between 1987 and 1996 he worked in a variety of roles with AT&T and from 1998 to 2001 was Deputy CEO of BBC Worldwide, a commercial division of the BBC and Managing Director of its UK region. From 1999, Peter was then a non-executive director of the parent company, Anisa (UK) Limited, and for the two years ended May 2005 was Chief Executive of that business. Since then Peter has been following a portfolio career and, in addition to his position at NT CADCAM Peter is also a non-executive director of Immedia Broadcasting PLC, and non-executive Chair of the Audit Committee of Ofcom. |

Chris Horn – Sales Director
Chris is a graduate mechanical engineer by training who had concentrated on selling analysis software prior to joining NT CADCAM in 1999 at Timarti Software and latterly Desktop Engineering. Chris initially managed all of the NT CADCAM customers until 2006 when he took on the responsibility for the whole sales team.
