Remote Support

This will be done through our Webex functionality. This functionality is an enterprise solution, allowing us to provide to you, the customer, support and other services (like online events). Support is carried out on an invitation basis - the user will use their browser, for communication, and before the first use, you may be required to download/install a plugin.
