Exclusive Benefits you may not be aware of for NT CADCAM Customers:

  • NT CADCAM telephone support offers access to a daily triage engineer and we guarantee that we will return all logged support calls within 1 hour, ensuring that all calls are dealt with quickly and efficiently. Our 0800 number makes it even easier to get through to a support engineer.
  • NT CADCAM has introduced an Interactive Support Centre (NTISC) for their customers. A custom made SolidWorks application which enables access to NT CADCAM support services directly from the SolidWorks interface making support readily available at all times. The NTISC can be downloaded for FREE from our website at: www.ntcadcam.co.uk/NTISC
  • The NT CADCAM Customer Partnership Agreement was launched in order to give something back to our loyal customer base. The Customer Partnership Agreement (CPA) is a loyalty point scheme and if you choose to sign up you will be awarded 1 point for each seat of SolidWorks renewed. Each point is worth £125 which can be exchanged for training and other services provided by NT CADCAM.

Services and benefits you may not be aware of from SolidWorks:

  • FREE online CSWA exam or CSWP exam per seat on subscription. Plus one FREE Advanced exam per seat on subscription. You can choose from either: Advanced Sheet Metal, Advanced Surfacing or Advanced FEA (the CSWP exam must be taken before any advanced exam). Exams taken can be analysed and documented in a SolidWorks Management Report. These exams measure user proficiency, allowing managers to highlight areas for additional training. The SMR usually costs around £300 but is FREE to subscription customers
  • Special privileges – you can help influence the future development of SolidWorks software by requesting specific enhancements. Subscription Service members initiate more than 90 percent of the hundreds of new enhancements in every version of SolidWorks. You are also eligible to preview SolidWorks Beta software versions and SolidWorks Early Visibility (EV) Service Packs, making you one of the first to capitalise on the most current capabilities in CAD.
  • A FREE listing for your company in the SolidWorks Supplier Source for subscription customers
  • Access to special SolidWorks community events, including international conferences and local user group meetings
  • Maintaining your software also opens the door to the SolidWorks Customer Portal – It’s the gateway to the entire breadth of SolidWorks Subscription Service member resources, including support, upgrades, service packs, enhancement requests, license information, forums, archived webcasts and more.

Flexible ways to pay!! Payment is accepted by BACS, cheque or you can renew your maintenance by Direct Debit which enables you to renew year on year without having to raise a Purchase Order or have any concern of not renewing on time - we will take care of that for you.
