SIMPOE offers easy to use, easy to learn and affordable software solutions to simulate the plastic injection manufacturing process.
With the growing development of Collaborative Product Development, SIMPOE makes it possible for Designers, Mechanical Engineers, Mold Makers, Plastic Manufacturers to work with the same tools, to take into account the manufacturing constraints early in the design cycle, optimize mold, optimize material costs and drastically shorten time to market of new plastic products.
With SIMPOE software solutions, injection simulation is now accessible to everyone.
Various very attractive financial schemes are available for SIMPOE software solutions.
SIMPOEanalysis software’s simulates the behaviour of plastic resin during the plastic injection process of plastic molded parts, allowing mold validation, part and raw material cost optimization and a drastic reduction in new product development time.
SIMPOE rheology software’s simulate filling, packing, cooling and warpage of plastic injected parts, for shell solid parts such as enclosures as well as plain solid parts such as connectors. SIMPOE offers all-in-one solutions, which can deal with any type of geometry.
SIMPOE simulation software’s are available in various configurations, depending on the CAD system of the user.
Simpoe - Mold
Simpoe-Mold® simulation software suite is the stand-alone version of SIMPOE analysis solutions.
Simpoe-Moldsimulates the complete manufacturing process of plastic injected parts, from filling to warpage. Simpoe-Mold users, whether they are product designers, mold makers or part manufacturers, can identify early into the design stage potential manufacturing.
The Simpoe-Mold software suite includes the following modules:
Simpoe-Mold FILL, the base module, simulates part filling. Simpoe-Mold FILL includes the powerful pre- and post treatment functionalities developed by SIMPOE, as well as the built-in material library of a few thousands references, which can be also customized in a few mouse clicks. Thanks to SIMPOE’s advanced algorithms, Simpoe-Mold automatically meshes the part in the blink of an eye. Simpoe-Mold FILL results include visualization of the melt front, weld lines, air traps, temperature and pressure distributions, shear rate and constraints, clamping forces, etc.
Simpoe-Mold PACK, which simulates the packing phase.
Simpoe-Mold COOL, for the simulation of thermal regulation during the injection process. allowing to define the optimum process time. Channels libraries can be defined in Simpoe-Mold, or imported from the CAD system through IGES standard.
Simpoe-Mold WARPsimulates part deformation after mould opening. Deformations can be visualized in either direction, or globally, and the effects of residual constraints as well as material shrinkage displayed separately. The user can select their own reference system, and re-export the deformed geometry in its original CAD system.
Simpoe - Works
The SimpoeWorks software suite includes several plug-in modules fully embedded with the SolidWorks CAD software. SimpoeWorks allow SolidWorks users to simulate the complete manufacturing process of their plastic parts, from filling to warpage, without ever leaving their familiar graphic environment.
With SimpoeWorks, SolidWorks users can identify early.

Simpoe – Designer
Simpoe-Designer® simulation software suite is a stand-alone version of SIMPOE analysis solutions, which also includes its own embedded CAD kernel.
Simpoe-Designersimulates the complete manufacturing process of plastic injected parts, from filling to warpage. Simpoe-Designer users, whether they are product designers, mold makers or part manufacturers, can identify early into.
