Role: Post-Sales Support Engineer (PDM) - Haddenham, Buckinghamshire
Description: Trained to degree level, or equivalent, in engineering, the successful applicant will have a background in IT support or administration, ideally within an engineering environment controlling CAD data.
You will already have experience of using SolidWorks in a design environment and will be required to learn SolidWorks 3D design software, and a number of associated products, to a professional level.
Knowledge of IT infrastructure and database experience, especially SQL, would be a distinct advantage, as would PC system specification, construction and installation.
You will be working within a small team providing telephone and remote technical support to engineering companies so excellent communication and troubleshooting skills and the ability to follow through are essential.
This position is office based in Haddenham. Some travel is possible, as you may be required to provide training and onsite support and consultancy to customers throughout the UK, but travel is not a focus of this position.

Description: Trained to degree level, or equivalent, in engineering, the successful applicant will already have experience of using SolidWorks in a design environment together with an in-depth knowledge and experience of using FEA and/or CFD as part of the design process.
You will be required to learn SolidWorks 3D design software, and a number of associated products, to a professional level with special focus on the analysis capabilities of SolidWorks.
You will be working within a small team providing telephone and remote technical support to engineering companies so excellent communication and troubleshooting skills and the ability to follow through are essential.

Role: Analysis Consultant
Description: The analysis consultant’s role is very varied, covering support, training and consultancy in Finite element Analysis and CFD The key responsibilities include:
- Consultancy projects using SolidWorks analysis tools SolidWorks Simulation and FloWorks and high level codes such as Abaqus
- Methods development studies for customers, driving the model development and correlation process, working with test data ass well as analysis software
- Delivering training courses on analysis software
- High end analysis support for end users and NT CADCAM’s support engineers
- Delivering reports and presentations on work carried out
This is an ideal role for someone who has had some experience in Finite Element Analysis or CFD who wishes to make a name for themselves in this field of expertise.
